Job Summary
Provide telehealth behavioral health services and support to adult patients, including facilitating virtual mental health and substance abuse therapy groups and delivering individual counseling. Manage an active caseload of approximately 20 patients while assisting with care coordination, treatment planning, and referrals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record system and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care. This part-time, fully remote role in Pennsylvania requires evening availability for three 3-hour group sessions weekly, with flexible scheduling for individual support. A laptop and secure telehealth platform are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LSW license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance abuse treatment
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to have a private, confidential workspace for patient care

- Experience providing counseling, care coordination, or behavioral health services
