Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations for adults and children, then develop individualized, measurable treatment plans. Deliver ongoing progress notes documenting evidence-based methods while maintaining risk assessments and monitoring family progress. Coordinate directly with Department of Child Services, probation, courts, and caregivers to implement services within 48 hours of assignment. Provide therapeutic supervision toward licensure under an LCSW supervisor and act as a relief person for group facilitation or program development as needed. Transport families in personal or company vehicles with mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or license eligible in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family therapy from an accredited university
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family, or related human service field
- Valid Driver's License
- Up to date insurance coverage
- Ability to transport families/persons in personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed or in company-provided vehicles
- Comfortable working both as part of a collaborative team and as an individual practitioner
- Ability to maintain an on-call status as required
