Licensed Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

Conduct clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning for inmates based on referrals and self-reports. Serve as the mental health liaison between the medical unit, facility staff, and external providers. Monitor clinical services to ensure adherence to NCCHC standards and accepted psychiatric protocols. Facilitate inmate placement to forensic hospitals when necessary and lead in-service education programs. Prepare monthly performance reports and contribute to the Quality Assurance Committee. Work a 40-hour on-site schedule Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
