Licensed Social Worker

Provide individual and group counseling to students and develop/implement individualized therapeutic programs as part of each student's IEP. Coordinate educational and counseling services with instructional staff and outside agencies while developing rapport with families. Maintain documentation, session notes, billing, and service trackers, writing quarterly progress reports. Communicate with staff regarding case issues, consult on counseling and family contact matters, and serve as a resource for counseling materials and methods. Assist in developing individualized educational/behavioral programming and support staff training. Complete verbal and formal assessments for mental health crisis situations. This full-time, 10-month position is located in Annandale, Virginia, with a salary of $65,000.
