Job Summary
Assist the Director to ensure medically related emotional and social needs of residents are met on an individual basis. Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the overall operation of the community's Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Social Services Policies and Procedures. Full-time opportunity available with shifts needed on the 1st.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Work within the state in which you work, if required by state/federal regulations
- Must have experience in Long Term Care as well as behavioral health
- Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, either social services, direct care or hospitality
