Job Summary
Pest Control Service Professional in Milwaukee, WI (full-time). You will inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers using high-quality and environmentally-responsible products, delivering premier customer service, reading pesticide labels to mix products, maintaining equipment, and completing all paperwork after services. You will follow integrated pest management strategies to identify and eliminate pest issues, while adhering to safety and company guidelines and managing service routes efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record
- Must be 21 years or older with valid driver's license
- Works well in the presence of all pests
- Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions)
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed
- Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders
- Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services
- Perform residential pest management service routes with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency
- Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items
- Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest related issues by using integrated pest management strategies
