Licensed Security Guard Weekends

Provide security detail per post orders for DHL Security with professional image and customer service. Responsibilities include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, patrolling buildings and perimeters, escorting materials and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, and handling special assignments. Maintain awareness of surroundings, report suspicious activity, monitor cameras, know emergency policies, complete Daily Activity Reports, logs and incident reports, and make recommendations to improve safety and loss prevention. Must be able to communicate with customers, visitors, employees, Security Supervisor, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. Duties may vary by post and location; adherence to post orders and company/customer guidelines is required. Strong customer service, teamwork, urgency, and written/oral communications skills are essential. The role involves being on time, in full uniform, and staying current with revisions to post orders and general information distributed by the customer and AFS.
