Job Summary
Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations. Assist in diagnosing pest issues and applying effective treatments while completing service reports for work performed and products used. Provide excellent customer service, answer homeowner questions, and educate clients on prevention solutions to build strong professional relationships. Operate a company vehicle with a valid Class 5 license and clean driving record, adhering to a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities. No on-call shifts required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
- Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
- Must possess a Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
