Lead the team by example and oversee daily salon operations at Sharkey's Cuts for Kids. Mentor stylists with strong technical skills, hire, train, and retain staff while promoting the brand to new customers and potential team members. Handle customer complaints with grace and maintain a professional appearance in a fun environment for children ages 0-14. This role requires a happy, energetic manager with a positive attitude to support our mission of delivering exceptional kid haircuts nationwide.
