Job Summary
As an Insurance Sales Professional for an Allstate agency, you will generate new business and cross-sell to existing customers, educate prospects on how Allstate products meet their needs, and build long-term relationships with the local community. You will work to meet sales goals, identify and qualify leads from various sources, provide trusted advice, and deliver a positive customer experience while pursuing required Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (license(s) existing is a plus). Accountability includes applying insurance knowledge and sales skills to protect customers and help them plan for life’s uncertainties, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire
- Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
