Job Summary
Generate new business and cross-sell existing customers by identifying and qualifying leads from various sources. Educate prospective clients on protecting families and assets while offering Allstate products tailored to their needs. Cultivate long-term relationships through strong community engagement and positive customer interactions. Achieve sales goals by applying insurance knowledge to increase customer understanding of value. Obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hire.
Required Qualifications
