Job Summary
Generate new business and cross-sell existing customers to achieve sales goals. Identify and qualify leads from various sources, then educate prospects on protecting their families and assets. Offer Allstate products tailored to customer needs while providing a positive experience that builds long-term relationships. Serve the local community by helping individuals prepare for life's uncertainties. Obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hire. Base plus commission plan with uncapped earnings and paid time off available.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in a sales career
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- sales experience preferred
- existing license is a plus
