Job Summary
Conduct professional outbound telephone conversations to prospective clients in a high call volume environment while meeting with clients on the dealership floor to quote and sell during vehicle purchases. Problem-solve, use time effectively to multitask and prioritize work, and exercise judgement to make appropriate decisions. Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships within a detailed-oriented, team setting. This part-time role requires a state insurance license, comprehensive background screening, and long periods of standing and walking on concrete.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer keyboard (35 wpm) and processing skills
- Ability to exercise judgement, use discretion, and make appropriate decisions
- Must be able to lift 20lbs or less and carry 10lbs or less on a frequent basis
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (80-90% of workday)
- Must be able to walk extensively on concrete
- Must be able to push and pull, twist and turn, reach and handle objects
- Must be able to climb, balance and crawl occasionally
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, and crouch infrequently
- Must be able to complete a comprehensive background screening
- Must be able to obtain a state insurance license at time of hire
- Must be able to meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license
