Job Summary
Lead/Senior Optical Specialist responsible for delivering the Visionworks customer journey and meeting daily sales goals. Acts as the face of the business, guiding patients/customers through eyewear selection with product knowledge, licenses as required by state, and open/close responsibilities in LEAD positions. Requires optical experience or ABO certification, HS diploma or equivalent, and maintains license requirements per state guidelines; emphasizes customer experience, training, and ongoing product knowledge to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. In-person store role based in Buckeye, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
