Licensed Sales Lead

Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients to recommend products that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Executes day-to-day operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment to support the store's financial and customer experience goals. Requires a current State Opticians License and HS diploma or GED. Full-time hourly position with competitive benefits including vision coverage, paid parental leave, and 401(k).
