Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires a current State Opticians License and HS diploma or GED. Full-time role with hourly pay ranging from $19.21 to $28.29.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Opticians License
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Related customer or patient experience
- High level of engagement in virtual environments
- Maintaining camera presence during meetings
- Support effective communication
