Job Summary
Lead role in Visionworks as Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the business, guiding patients through the eyewear journey, delivering on daily sales goals, engaging customers, measuring for eyewear, and maintaining product/optical knowledge. Responsibilities include ensuring a best possible customer experience, and, for LEAD positions, assisting with store opening/closing and supporting daily operations. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, state license requirements as applicable, and strong customer service with a charismatic, authentic leadership voice.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
