Job Summary
Retirement Income Advisor to guide members toward financial security with personalized retirement income strategies. Responsibilities include assessing member needs, advising on annuities and retirement benefits, delivering tax-efficient distribution options, estate planning and long-term care solutions, and integrating investment strategies with financial plans. The role requires active life insurance licensing, FINRA licenses (7 and 66 or 63/65), strong outbound/inbound calling skills, experience in retirement income planning, and proficiency with planning tools (Money Guide) and Salesforce. 5 days per week in-office with potential hybrid arrangement after 6 months, located in Plano, TX. Preferred industry designations include CFP, RICP, or ChFC. A sign-on bonus is offered and relocation is not available. The package includes comprehensive benefits and competitive salary range ($63,590–$121,530).
Required Qualifications
- Active Group 1 Life license
- FINRA Series 7 license
- FINRA Series 66 license (or 63 and 65)
- 4 years financial industry experience in retirement income planning and/or sales
- Ability to be licensed in required states
- Background check
- Ability to pass job-related assessment (may be required)
