Job Summary
Conduct high-quality customer service and teller operations, including opening and maintaining accounts, processing deposits/withdrawals, cashing checks, and issuing official checks. Proactively present and cross-sell bank and life insurance products by utilizing client relationship notes and participating in branch promotions and off-site sales calls. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, service, or account issues while maintaining accurate daily transaction records and verifying general ledger accounts. Meet assigned deposit and product sales goals on a quarterly basis and assist branch management in achieving performance metrics. Work a hybrid schedule of three or more on-site days per week (Monday–Thursday) with Friday designated as a remote-working day.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have or be able to obtain state life and health insurance licenses within three (3) months of start date as well as maintain those licenses through continuing education
- Three years of branch operations experience
- Strong aptitude for sales
- Must be flexible to work and/or transfer throughout the network, on an as needed basis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of banking procedures, regulations and all Branch related functions and terminal systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
