Job Summary
Conduct high-quality customer service and banking operations in branch and offsite events, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and resolving complaints. Proactively cross-sell Life Insurance and general banking products while meeting quarterly deposit and sales goals. Support branch management by participating in campaigns, promoting the bank at community events, and assisting with daily reconciliations and check approvals. Greet customers professionally and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with policies. Work a hybrid schedule of three or more on-site days per week, Monday through Thursday, with Friday designated as a remote day.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have or be able to obtain state life and health insurance licenses within three (3) months of start date as well as maintain those licenses through continuing education
- Three years of branch operations experience
- Strong aptitude for sales
- Must be flexible to work and/or transfer throughout the network, on an as needed basis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of banking procedures, regulations and all Branch related functions and terminal systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
