Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate their recovery, while collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Full-time night shift with one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred. Valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and CRRN certification required. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
