Licensed Psychologist Supervisor

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to psychology practicum trainees, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and skill development. Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and case notes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain oversight of psychologists and trainees within the organization's outpatient mental health and substance use treatment services. This role contributes to reducing adult offender recidivism and advancing trainee competencies within the state-funded non-profit. Schedule is remote with a negotiable weekly arrangement.
