Job Summary
Lead clinical initiatives as a Licensed Psychologist, providing complex case conceptualization that integrates mental health, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental factors; conduct risk assessments and guide development of IEP goals, accommodations, and intervention strategies; offer trauma-informed neuropsychological insights to support staff and student care; partner with educators, therapists, and families to design cohesive, student-centered supports; coordinate psychopharmacology considerations and interpret behavioral data; supervise interns and fellows within an APA-accredited training program; lead staff development on social-emotional, trauma-informed, and classroom strategies; contribute to research and quality-improvement efforts; relocation assistance may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology
- Active Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Psychologist
- Experience with brain injury, neurobehavioral disorders, and/or mental health needs
- Expertise in behavioral assessment and intervention
- Strong collaboration skills in interdisciplinary, ABA-informed settings
- Supervise interns and fellows within the APA-accredited training program
- Lead staff development on social-emotional, trauma-informed, and classroom strategies
- Contribute to research, peer review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
