Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients across the clinic's suburban locations. Attend regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and committee-run wellness initiatives as required. Deliver services to clients with high Medicaid representation using relational psychotherapy models, while maintaining a no-show rate under 10% through strong engagement. Participate in monthly case consultation with specialists and contribute to the clinic's nationally recognized training environment. This role supports a psychologist-led system focused on clinical depth, offering flexible schedules and robust professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota (or license-eligible)
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred)
- Competence within relational psychotherapy models strongly preferred
- A cover letter is required

- The most successful candidates will evidence a track record of service as an interventionist with a high degree of professional activity within the field
