Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service

Provide evidence-based behavioral health care to a large client base via a nationwide hybrid model, delivering both telehealth and in-person sessions. Must be independently licensed in Louisiana (PsyD or PhD) and available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability. Role includes treating a diverse client mix, including couples and children, and collaborating within a clinical community. Strong comfort with modern clinical technology (telehealth and EHR), credentialing and administrative support, and a pathway to ongoing professional development. Compensation up to $122,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities; full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, disability coverage, CEU reimbursement, and potential supervision roles in select states. Hybrid work arrangement with scheduling flexibility from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and a ramp-up to a full caseload within 90 days after credentialing.
