Licensed Psychologist to provide telehealth and face-to-face therapy in Lafayette, LA, within Thriveworks’ nationwide hybrid care model. The role requires independent licensure (PsyD or PhD) and a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability, treating a variety of clients including couples and children. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based behavioral health care, leveraging telehealth and EHR tools, collaborating within a clinical community, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Compensation up to $122,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities, with full-time benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and 401(k). Fully integrated administrative support for credentialing, scheduling, and billing, plus ongoing orientation and training. Flexible scheduling across seven days (7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET).
