Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide individual and group psychotherapy, and develop treatment plans for older adults with complex medical conditions. Facilitate family therapy sessions, implement behavioral management interventions, and collaborate daily with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to review care plans. Complete all documentation in the Geriatric Notes Tool while adhering to CMS, HIPAA, and APA ethical guidelines. Manage caseloads independently within a structured Monday–Friday schedule that excludes evenings, weekends, or on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Psychologist License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Comfortable navigating LTC environments
- Commitment to timely documentation and high-quality care
