Job Summary
Conduct psychotherapy to improve quality of life for individuals, groups, and families while testing and assessing patients for mental health disorders. Develop treatment plans and strategies to support patients experiencing traumatic life events or long-term difficulties. Help patients set realistic goals, monitor progress, and refer them to other specialists as needed. Keep up to date with new research in psychology. Provide ongoing care and evaluation to diverse communities in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Maintain an active New York State Psychologist license with a Doctoral degree and fluency in Spanish. Full-time hybrid role with 1-2 days on-site monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active New York State Psychologist license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure
- Fluency in Spanish
- Full-time employment
- On-site presence 1-2 days/month
