Job Summary
Licensed psychiatric-mental health provider needed to start or grow a private practice using Headway’s platform. The role emphasizes controlling your hours and caseload, navigating insurance credentialing to bill various plans, and leveraging Headway’s tools (EHR, scheduling, client messaging, documentation templates, assessments) to deliver patient care with minimal administrative burden. Independent contractor arrangement with flexible scheduling and the ability to see patients at your preferred pace and location, while maintaining licensure, malpractice insurance, and a valid NPI. Compensation includes competitive hourly rates (up to $221/hour) with bi-weekly payments; credentialing support and access to nationwide networks are provided.

- Fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner
- DEA or CDS number
- ANCC or AANP board certification
- NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- 1099 independent contractor
- ability to start or grow a private practice
