Job Summary
Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to start or grow a private practice using the Headway platform. The role focuses on helping clients access care through insurance, navigating credentialing, and enabling clinicians to manage their own schedules and caseload. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with autonomy over hours and patient load, offering built-in tools such as real-time scheduling, secure client messaging, documentation templates, assessments, and more. You should be fully licensed with a DEA or CDS number, ANCC or AANP board certification, a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Headway provides credentialing support, access to insurance networks, and ongoing resources (including CEUs) to help you earn more stable income. Compensation is up to $169.8 per hour, with bi-weekly payments and nationwide credentialing benefits. The role emphasizes patient care, insurance navigation, and practice management support while allowing you to focus on delivering care to clients.
Required Qualifications
