Job Summary
Licensed Professional Counselor (Virtual) with LPC/LPCC/LCPC/LCPCS/LPCC-S licensure and a valid NPI. Ready to launch or expand a private practice, or grow an existing practice by becoming in-network with insurance (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid). Headway supports credentialing across states, built-in compliance, end-to-end EHR features, secure client messaging, bi-weekly payments, and access to a nationwide insurance network. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining in-network status, managing client referrals through the Headway platform, and delivering high-quality tele-mental health services to clients. Applicants must be fully licensed, capable of credentialing for multiple states, and able to operate via a virtual/private-practice model. Note: Headway cannot support mental health professionals who aren’t fully licensed at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s level or above with LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S licensure (accepted state-by-state)
