Licensed Professional Counselor (Virtual)

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) on Headway platform seeking to launch or expand a private practice. Must be fully licensed at Master’s level or higher with LPC/LPCC/LCPC/LCPCS/LPCC-S licensure, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Role focuses on joining Headway’s network to start accepting insurance, credentialing for free across states, and leveraging built-in features (compliance, scheduling, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments, EHR, and CEUs) to grow a practice with insured clients. Platform offers built-in payments (bi-weekly), access to major plans (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid), and resources to increase earnings through higher insurance reimbursements. Remote, virtual work supported; Florida focus noted in location. Must have current license to apply; if incomplete licensure, eligible to reapply once licensed.
