Role focuses on accepting insurance, credentialing, joining the national insurance network (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid), and delivering care via Headway’s platform. Responsibilities include credentialing, in-network billing, secure scheduling and client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments, and ongoing CEUs through Headway Academy. Bi-weekly payments and comprehensive compliance support are provided. Location is remote in Norfolk, VA.
