Job Summary
Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) sought for full-time outpatient roles in Colorado with telemedicine and in-person flexibility (hybrid). Competitive, above-market compensation ($72k-$115k) with benefits, sign-on bonus for certain locations, and strong work-life balance. Must be fully licensed in Colorado and experienced with adult, geriatric, and/or child/adolescent populations. Bilingual and Play Therapy skills are a plus in multiple areas. Offices across Colorado from Northern parts to Boulder/Denver area and Colorado Springs; 35+ offices planned. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based behavioral health care in outpatient settings, adapting to telemedicine and in-person formats, and contributing to a collaborative clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Colorado (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Experience with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations
