Job Summary
Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) needed in Colorado to join LifeStance Health’s expanding clinical team. This full-time role offers telemedicine and in-person flexibility (hybrid) across Colorado offices, with a generous above-market compensation model and sign-on bonus for certain locations. Candidates should be fully licensed in Colorado and experienced with adult, geriatric, and/or child/adolescent populations. The position supports a quick caseload ramp-up, strong work-life balance, and administrative support, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare in outpatient settings, leveraging digital technology and flexible scheduling, and contributing to a collegial, diverse team across multiple offices.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Colorado (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Experience in working with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations
