Job Summary
Provide therapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations within skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. Customize treatment plans within an integrated care team while managing your caseload independently. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling and an active LPC license. CHE provides training, supervision, and a consistent, reliable caseload for newly licensed LPCs or those seeking supplemental income.
