Job Summary
Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders through specialized psychotherapy services including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Collaborate with patients and support systems to develop evidence-informed care plans across inpatient and outpatient populations while completing risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy under direct clinical supervision to achieve licensure with a Board-qualified supervisor. Work within a licensing board-approved plan of supervision to ensure patient and community safety while adhering to NASW code of ethics and standards of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field
- Oregon Professional Counselor License
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
- Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
- License in states wherever care is delivered
- 2 years relevant Social Work experience
- Master's Degree Family therapy
- Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting
