Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities. Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional and behavioral health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline); develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans; collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care; maintain accurate clinical documentation in an clinician-designed electronic health record system; monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed; deliver services in-person with daytime autonomy and flexible scheduling. Offers customizable full-time or part-time opportunities with 32-40 hour equivalents, sign-on bonus for full-time, and a comprehensive benefits package; licensure and English proficiency required; EHR proficiency and strong organizational/documentation skills emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state applying for
- English proficiency
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes)
- Experience or ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills (EHR experience)
