Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to residents in long-term care facilities, coordinating with licensed clinicians; develop individualized treatment plans and care coordination across behavioral health and healthcare; deliver linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services; train staff on triggers and de-escalation; maintain open communications with facility staff and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information; collaborate with clinical supervisor and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
