Job Summary
Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist role at Eventus WholeHealth within long-term care facilities (skilled nursing and assisted living). Provide recovery-oriented support and case management to residents and families, with potential for future transition to counseling services. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate care across behavioral health and medical services, train staff on triggers and de-escalation, and maintain communication with facility staff while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
