Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, collaborating with licensed clinicians to develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care across behavioral health domains, and deliver crisis prevention and de-escalation interventions. Train facility staff on client-specific triggers and evidence-based strategies; maintain open communication with Resident Care Coordinators and facility staff; ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards and regulatory guidelines. Opportunities may exist for a future transition to providing counseling services; strong emphasis on delivering recovery-oriented supports and developing daily living skills within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
- License to practice in the state where you will practice
- Eligibility for licensure in the practicing state
