Job Summary
Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist provides recovery-oriented support and case management in long-term care facilities, collaborates with licensed clinicians, develops and implements treatment plans, conducts behavioral health interventions, trains staff on triggers and de-escalation, and maintains HIPAA-compliant communications with facility teams to support residents’ mental health and daily living skills.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
- Eligibility for license to practice in the practicing state
