Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to residents of long-term care facilities by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with individual needs; develop individualized supports or care coordination and treatment plans; offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services; work with individuals or groups; train staff on client triggers, de-escalation techniques, and treatment plan implementations; maintain open communications with facility staff and administration; adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, HIPAA, and regulatory standards; collaborate with licensed clinicians and support continuity of care across the behavioral health team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
- Eligibility for a license to practice in the state in which you will practice (LIC)
