Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide outpatient counseling and psychotherapy to adults and children. Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization while maintaining a structured caseload averaging one patient per hour. Collaborate with Primary Care Providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams within an integrated behavioral health model to coordinate care and assist patients in accessing community resources. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and participate in discharge planning. This role operates in a structured outpatient setting with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities, featuring a hybrid schedule combining in-clinic and telehealth services in Metro Detroit.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Michigan
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing outpatient behavioral health services
  • Experience with mental health assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
