Job Summary
Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals using evidence-based approaches like CBT, the Unified Protocol, ACT, DBT, and EMDR. Track patient progress through digital assessments and maintain documentation in our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR. Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers for integrated care while maintaining a minimum availability of 9 hours per week across at least 2 days. Opt into specialized tracks such as Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, or Intensive Outpatient Program. Work as a 100% remote 1099 contractor with steady referrals and flexible scheduling from 7am to 9pm.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
- Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents
- Multi-state licensure
