Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Conduct clinical sessions with clients via telehealth or in-person, utilizing a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and strengthen impact. Engage clients around clinical measures during visits by encouraging completion, reviewing results, and completing them live when needed to ensure consistent, effective care. Manage your own schedule and client volume with full autonomy while adhering to shared standards of care. This role supports Rula's mission to help people get better through a nationwide network of licensed clinicians. You will receive administrative support for credentialing, billing, and claims, alongside access to case consultations, office hours, and unlimited CEU courses. Licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California with a valid NPI, you will deliver compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families.
