Job Summary
Licensed mental health providers join Rula as 1099 contractors to deliver telehealth therapy to clients. The role offers complete schedule autonomy, referrals, and administrative support for billing and insurance; providers focus on delivering client care while Rula handles credentialing, insurance processing, EHR, notes, and claims. Positions require active Colorado licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) and the ability to provide telehealth; compensation is $70 per hourly session with biweekly direct deposit and guaranteed payment for cancellations/no-shows. Remote work is supported with offices in Chicago, IL and Colorado, allowing private-practice style autonomy within a telehealth framework; must maintain valid NPI and Colorado license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Must be licensed for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Colorado
- Must be able to provide telehealth
