Job Summary
Provide telehealth behavioral health services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the Rula network. Work as a 1099 contractor with complete schedule autonomy while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and other administrative tasks. Maintain licensure in Tennessee, obtain and maintain a valid NPI, and deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth. Benefit from quick credentialing to see clients, career flexibility to adjust availability, and access to quality client referrals aimed at matching your clinical approach. Responsibilities include conducting sessions (53 minutes) with clients, coordinating notes and documentation, and leveraging Rula’s backend support for administrative duties. Requires license in TN and ability to provide telehealth; remote work is supported.
