Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) join Rula as 1099 contractors to provide telehealth therapy to clients in Colorado. You’ll set your own schedule with complete autonomy over client load, while Rula handles insurance, billing, EHR, claims processing, and administrative duties. Expect access to credentialing assistance with insurance partners, best-fit client referrals, private-practice-like collaboration, case consultations, ongoing professional development, and a supportive therapist community. Responsibilities center on delivering high-quality counseling services via telehealth, maintaining notes, and meeting clients’ mental health needs with flexibility and autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Colorado
- Must be able to provide telehealth
