Licensed mental health professionals (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) join Rula as 1099 contract therapists delivering telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. The role offers schedule autonomy, clinical referrals, and full administrative support handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, tech support). Compensation is $70 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed pay every two weeks. Quick credentialing assistance with insurance partners, private-practice-like autonomy, and access to a supportive therapist community are highlighted. Minimum qualifications include licensure in Colorado (LMFT/LCSW/LPC), valid NPI, ability to provide telehealth, and remote work capability.
